Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member for Croome Park, Worcester to support busy visitor operations across locations. You’ll help meet targets, solve problems and deliver exceptional service. The role may involve working at Hanbury Hall, The Firs and Greyfriars as needed.

Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll join a team of eight, delivering welcoming service and ensuring visitors have a great day. A varied, rewarding role across multiple sites suite.

Qualifications

• Must be focused on giving great service to visitors.
• Confident speaking with visitors and solving problems.
• Team player who can also work on own initiative.
• Well-organised, adaptable and flexible to work across different sites.
• Willing to learn new skills and work towards shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and help visitors across various sites and visitor areas.
• Assist with meeting service targets and resolving customer issues.
• Restock shop shelves, clear tables in the cafe, and answer visitor questions.
• Support membership recruitment and provide general visitor assistance.
