Job summary

Premier Inn in Saffron Walden is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member who will welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner to ensure every stay runs smoothly.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. This is a permanent contract with 20 guaranteed hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience is required—friendly, proactive people will be taught the rest and supported as they grow.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful and able to stay calm when busy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
