Premier Inn in Rainham, Kent is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, greeting guests, assisting with check-in, and helping provide breakfast or dinner. Shifts vary; you may help a family check in, then serve breakfast or make local recommendations.

Location is High Street, Rainham. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour, permanent contract with 16 guaranteed hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
