Job summary

Premier Inn in Farnborough is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check‑in, and help serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll handle guest questions and support the hotel team to keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.

Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends and busy periods. Full training will be provided, and there is a permanent contract with 20 guaranteed hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and calm under busy periods.
• Training provided to learn all parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including serving drinks behind the bar
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
