Premier Inn Cambridge is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help serve breakfast or dinner to ensure a smooth stay. Shifts vary and you’ll move across the hotel to assist at busy times.

With a permanent contract and guaranteed hours, you’ll join a team that supports each other from day one. Training starts on day one, with opportunities to grow into other hotel roles within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
