Job summary

Premier Inn in Ashford (Eureka Park) is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner. You may also work behind the bar and help guests during busy periods.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy guest periods. A permanent contract with full training is offered, plus staff discounts and pension options as part of Whitbread benefits.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful attitude; able to stay calm when busy.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and bar service, including alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and tidy.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
