Premier Inn in Woking is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, and help with breakfast and dinner service. You’ll handle guest queries and contribute to a smooth, friendly stay across reception, bar, and restaurant areas.

There are shifts including evenings and weekends. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and staff training to develop confidence across hotel operations. No prior hotel experience required, just a friendly, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
