Job summary

The Celtic Collection in Newport is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our award-winning team at the Celtic Manor Resort. You will help create clean, welcoming spaces and ensure each room is spotless and ready for guests.

No prior housekeeping experience is required; a great eye for detail and a positive attitude go a long way. We offer 18, 20 and 30-hour contracts, competitive pay (£12.82/hr) and fantastic benefits.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms to high standards
• Clean stayover and check-out rooms efficiently
• Remove room service trays and items left in guest rooms
• Report maintenance issues to help keep facilities looking their best
• Keep guest corridors, lift areas and back-of-house spaces tidy
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver a great guest experience

WhatYou'll Be Doing

No two daysare quite the same, but your role will include:

• Preparing guest bedrooms andbathrooms to our high standards

• Removing room service trays andany items left in guest rooms
• Reporting maintenance issues tohelp us keep our facilities looking their best
