Job summary

Whitbread’s Winchester Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a fixed-term contract until 15/01/2027. The role offers 12 guaranteed hours per week with pay up to £13.06 per hour, and shifts including evenings and weekends.

You will welcome guests, check them in and help with breakfast or dinner service, contributing to a smooth stay. No prior hotel experience is required; people from retail, cafés, pubs, or customer service have successfully joined us.

Qualifications

• Welcomes guests and helps them check in
• Serves breakfast or dinner, including bar service and alcoholic drinks
• Answers questions and helps solve problems
• Keeps reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Supports teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensures guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
