Whitbread’s Premier Inn Rochdale is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. The role is 25 hours per week with a salary up to £13.06 per hour and a fixed-term contract until 28 January 2027. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check‑in, and help with breakfast or dinner service, while ensuring a smooth stay for every guest.

No hotel experience is required; friendly, calm and customer-focused individuals will be trained to cover reception, restaurant and public areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
