Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for Petersfield Premier Inn. The role involves welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, serving meals, and ensuring guests have a smooth stay. Shifts include evenings and weekends across 3 days, with a permanent contract and 15 guaranteed hours per week.

Pay is up to £13.06 per hour. Prior hotel experience isn’t required and training is provided to support you in all duties across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Ground Floor Team Member role at Petersfield Premier Inn.
• No hotel experience required.
• Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Friendly, calm under pressure; helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner at the restaurant or bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
