Job summary

Premier Inn in High Wycombe / Beaconsfield is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and do what it takes to help their stay go smoothly.

No two shifts are the same, with evenings, weekends and busy periods. The role is fixed-term until 28 January 2027, 20 hours per week, pay up to £13.06 per hour. No hotel experience required; friendly, customer-focused people will be trained.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, calm under pressure and able to multitask during busy periods.
• Desire to help guests and make their stay smooth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure each guest is looked after from arrival to departure
