Whitbread's Premier Inn in High Wycombe/Beaconsfield is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist across the hotel to keep things running smoothly. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 20 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour.

This fixed-term contract runs until 28 January 2027. Prior hotel experience isn’t required; friendly, calm, and proactive applicants will excel, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, calm under pressure and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and behind-the-bar service including alcoholic drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems; keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy; ensure guests feel cared for from arrival to departure.
