Whitbread's Premier Inn in Weymouth is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You'll be the first and last point of contact for guests, helping with check-in, serving breakfast or dinner, and ensuring a smooth stay.

This role offers variety as no two shifts are alike. The position is permanent with 24 guaranteed hours per week, evenings and weekends included, at up to £13.06 per hour, based at Gateway Business Park, Mercury Road, Weymouth.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused with strong customer service.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Friendly and capable of handling busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar duties.
• Answer questions and help resolve issues.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas tidy and welcoming.
