Job summary

Premier Inn Cambridge North is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll work across reception, restaurant and public areas, delivering friendly, efficient service and solving guest queries during busy periods.

No hotel experience is required—friendly, calm personalities who enjoy helping people will fit in. Full training and ongoing development opportunities are provided by Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Welcoming guests and helping them with check-in.
• Serving breakfast or dinner and bar service where applicable.
• Answering questions and helping resolve issues.
• Maintaining clean and welcoming reception, restaurant and public areas.
• Supporting teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensuring guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
