Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Cambridge is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member for 20 hours per week at up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll greet guests, check in, serve breakfast or dinner and help guests stay smooth from arrival to departure.

No hotel experience required; friendly, calm under pressure and proactive candidates will be trained. You’ll join a busy, welcoming team at Cambridge Arbury Camp site, with opportunities to grow within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
