Premier Inn in Tonbridge is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, check them in, and ensure a smooth stay. You’ll serve breakfast or dinner, help guests with questions, and support the team to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Previous hotel experience isn’t required. If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm during busy times, we’ll teach you the rest and support your career growth within Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
