Premier Inn Havant (Portsmouth area) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help with check-in and assist with breakfast or dinner service.

You’ll join a busy hotel team, working evenings and weekends, with full training and a permanent contract. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll help guests feel looked after from arrival to departure while keeping public areas inviting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
