Job summary

Premier Inn in Jersey is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner, and handle guest inquiries. You’ll contribute to a smooth stay by helping with general inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Shifts include evenings and weekends with 25 guaranteed hours per week. No hotel experience is required; friendly, customer-focused individuals will be trained on the job.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when it gets busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
