Job summary

Premier Inn Jersey (Jersey St Helier) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. This role involves welcoming guests, checking in, serving breakfast or dinner, answering questions and keeping public areas tidy. You will work across shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a busy hotel environment.

As a friendly team member, you’ll help guests have a smooth stay and support colleagues during busy periods. Training is provided and opportunities to grow within Premier Inn exist.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy.
• Able to work in a hospitality environment and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure
