Job summary

Premier Inn in Solihull is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for 20 hours per week. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help keep public areas looking their best.

Shifts include evenings and weekends. You’ll support colleagues during busy periods and strive to ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure, delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals as needed.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel during busy times.
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
