Job summary

The Mole Resort is seeking a Leisure / Activities Assistant to join our team in Devon. This role provides a professional, friendly service to guests, operates a reception service, assists with activities and classes, and handles memberships and payments.

Training is offered for those new to the role, with day-to-day duties across the leisure department. Working 30 hours per week, the position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, promoting teamwork with other departments, and

• Operate a professional reception service for members and visitors.
• Assist with delivery of activities and classes.
• Handle membership enquiries and payments.
• Present department areas at their best at all times.
• Maintain facilities to high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Report faults or maintenance issues.
• Follow opening/closing procedures for the facility including pool area.
• Communicate with guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Comply with health and safety legislation.
• Liaise with other departments to promote teamwork.
