The Mole Resort in Devon is seeking a Front of House Cleaner to maintain immaculate public spaces and greet guests with a friendly, professional presence. You will help keep lounges, reception areas and restrooms spotless, reporting issues promptly to maintain a premium countryside experience.

Hours are 9am-3pm, five days per week including weekends, with a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 and benefits such as staff discounts, spa access and staff meals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• Good communication skills and friendly, approachable manner.
• Flexible and reliable in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all public areas, including lounges, reception spaces, and restrooms.
• Ensure areas reflect the high-quality presentation expected within a premium countryside resort.
• Identify and report maintenance issues promptly and accurately.
• Provide a professional and courteous presence when interacting with guests.
• Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and materials according to guidelines.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, including fire and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Take initiative to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front of House Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our public spaces, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front of House Cleaner, you will:
