Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure compliance with store policies, and deliver an excellent guest experience. You will coach employees, manage POS transactions, and maintain store standards to support overall objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure duties are performed as directed by management.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to staff.
• Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS and handle cash with appropriate controls.
• Maintain store housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs.
• Manage cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards.
