Job summary

Hampton By Hilton Blackburn is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to join our busy hotel team. In this frontline role you will welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, answer enquiries and help ensure every stay is memorable.

You’ll work across the reception, lounge and breakfast areas, delivering warm hospitality in a fast-paced environment. Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided to help you shine.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, customer service or Front Office experience is desirable but not essential.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Friendly, confident and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression of the hotel.
• Support guests throughout their stay, responding to enquiries and requests professionally and efficiently.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs and reservations in line with company standards.
• Provide information about the hotel, local area and available services.
• Handle guest feedback and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Front Office.
