About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team at Skegness. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and we are currently seeking dedicated team members for our Guest Services department. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to help you gain the necessary skills and confidence to excel.

As a Guest Services Advisor, you'll build strong relationships with guests to enhance their holiday experience, resolve their issues, and exceed expectations. You will handle guest queries and complaints received via phone and online chat, consistently going the extra mile. The role is full-time, following this shift pattern:

• Every Monday & Friday: 8:45-19:00 or 12:00-21:00/22:00 (depending on break type)
• Other 3 days out of 5: 8:45-17:00

This is a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.
