Customer Service Specialist - German Speaking

We have a new remote position available for a Fluent German Customer Service Specialist to join a leading relocation service provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high customer service levels in line with company KPIs
  • Build effective relationships with clients and assist the team in service delivery
  • Prepare documentation for assignees
  • Ensure data integrity for assignee records
  • File and upload relevant assignment documentation to the system
  • Assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Coordinate and manage the relocation process for assignees
  • Administer mobility policies and provide logistical support
  • Support the team with ad-hoc duties
  • Training and support will be provided

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service or coordination roles
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in Relocation, Global Mobility, or related industries is preferred but not essential
  • Experience traveling and living abroad is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Keen to learn and adaptable to new administrative processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
