Customer Service Specialist - German Speaking
We have a new remote position available for a Fluent German Customer Service Specialist to join a leading relocation service provider.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high customer service levels in line with company KPIs
- Build effective relationships with clients and assist the team in service delivery
- Prepare documentation for assignees
- Ensure data integrity for assignee records
- File and upload relevant assignment documentation to the system
- Assist with regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Coordinate and manage the relocation process for assignees
- Administer mobility policies and provide logistical support
- Support the team with ad-hoc duties
- Training and support will be provided
Key requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service or coordination roles
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in Relocation, Global Mobility, or related industries is preferred but not essential
- Experience traveling and living abroad is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Keen to learn and adaptable to new administrative processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
