Salary: £32,000 pro rata (3 days a week), plus On Target Earnings

Location: Fully remote, with line management meetings once a month in Leeds, Lincoln, or London.

Working hours: 8.30am - 5pm, 3 days a week (flexible on which days)

Contract: 12-month maternity cover, starting August 2025

About The Role

We are seeking a Framework Manager with strong knowledge of public sector procurement rules to join our Bids Team for a 12-month period. The role involves managing tender responses, frameworks, and maintaining relationships with procurement experts and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Bid Team on new bids and frameworks
• Act as the main contact for framework contracts and procurement questions
• Ensure compliance and manage applications and amendments
• Maintain relationships with framework contacts and identify new routes
• Oversee monthly reporting and documentation

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and autonomous project management
• Experience with public sector procurement rules
• Desirable: experience with frameworks, online portals, CRM systems
