Job summary

Moonfleet Manor Hotel is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our dedicated team on a permanent part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome and guiding them through the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, answering guest queries, handling reservations, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, but full training is provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible weekends and evenings on a rota.
• Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a warm, professional check-in/out and hotel tour.
• Assist guests with queries, provide information, and address concerns promptly.
• Handle room reservations, manage bookings, and coordinate with departments for smooth operations.
