Job summary

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Team Member for Spalding to join a friendly, customer-focused team. The role involves working a 16-hour week with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour and a higher night shift rate of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Delivered excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure venue housekeeping is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Provide service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and note any suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to maintain 100% accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers and log all interactions per policy.
• Maintain brand dress code and present a professional appearance.
• Share product knowledge to support the customer journey and enjoyment.
