Job summary

Premier Inn in Scarborough is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service. You’ll help answer questions and keep the public areas looking their best, supporting your teammates across the hotel when it’s busy.

This fixed-term contract runs for 20 hours per week and includes shifts in the evenings and at weekends. No hotel experience is required; full training is provided to help you grow in hospitality.

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and helpful, able to stay calm when busy; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming
