Premier Inn in Castleford is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, and help with breakfast and dinner service to ensure a smooth stay. You’ll be on shifts including evenings and weekends, with 15 guaranteed hours per week on a permanent contract.

No hotel experience is required; if you are friendly, helpful and able to stay calm when busy, we’ll teach you the rest and support your growth across Premier Inn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
