Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests. You will train through our Dalata Academy and have opportunities for growth within the company.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will greet guests by name, provide recommendations, and upsell while maintaining a clean bar and dining area. Flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends is required.

Formación

• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Know the food and wine menu and be able to make recommendations.
• Upsell to maximise sales and assist in maintaining a clean bar/restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage and assist with general service.
