Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Belfast seeks a proactive Food and Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly, efficient service to hotel guests and support upselling opportunities. You will be part of a welcoming, team-driven environment in a busy hotel setting.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will receive training through our Dalata Academy to grow your skills and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is essential.
• Fluent English and strong communication are required.
• Experience with Micros or similar POS systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide knowledge on food and wine and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and restaurant areas.
• Assist with general cleaning of dining areas and service for guests.
