Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and issue passes following security protocols.
• Answer the phone professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Approve and coordinate maintenance or janitorial requests as needed.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a customer-focused manner.
• Provide office support such as supplies management and meeting coordination.
