Job summary

The Rank Group plc is seeking a friendly Team Member to welcome customers, serve great food and drinks, and keep the venue buzzing from first hello to final game. You will follow clear standards, support across areas, and elevate issues when needed.

Bring a customer-first attitude and good people skills to a busy environment. Full training is provided, with hours varying between 8 and 35 per week and real contracts in place.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality/retail is helpful but training provided.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with pace and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt across different venue areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers to make visits special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and venue tidy between sessions.
• Help customers understand games and maintain energy around the venue.
• Follow health, safety, licensing, and safer gambling procedures; report incidents.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and cover various roles as needed.
