Job summary

Rank Group in Hull is seeking a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, serving great food and drinks, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game.

You’ll follow clear standards, support across areas, and elevate issues when needed. You’ll bring a customer-first attitude, pace in a busy environment, and strong communication. Full training provided with real contracts (8–35 hours) and paid breaks.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills.
• Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
• Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience: previous customer-service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer‑gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed — Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning — so service flows smoothly.
