Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Team Member to be the friendly face on the floor, delivering great service across food and drink at our venue in the UK. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve efficiently, keep queues moving, clear tables, and help maintain a clean, welcoming space between shifts.

Full training is provided, with real contracts from 8 to 35 hours per week and paid breaks. Benefits include pension, life assurance, uniform, and access to the rewards platform.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, food hygiene and licensing rules; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed.
