Rank Group is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet customers, serve food and drinks, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere across the venue. You will follow clear standards, support multiple areas, and escalate issues when needed.

The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, pace in a busy setting, and strong teamwork. Full training is provided; prior hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face on the floor, greeting customers and serving great food and drinks.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand our games and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health and safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures and report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed to ensure smooth service.
