Job summary

The Rank Group plc's Mecca is seeking a Team Member to greet guests, serve great food and drinks, and keep the venue buzzing from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across Front of House, floor, Food & Beverage and cleaning, with comprehensive training and contracts ranging from 8 to 35 hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong people skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly service to make visits feel special.
• Manage queues, clear tables, keep venue tidy, and reset between sessions.
• Explain how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health and safety, food hygiene, licensing and Safer Gambling; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and cover different areas as needed.
