Job summary

MERKUR Slots UK Ltd is seeking a Team Member to join our Wolverhampton venue. The role is 30 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.84–£13.84 per hour, and a night rate of £13.84 per hour between 23:00 and 06:00.

You will deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced retail/gambling environment. You will work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays, be part of a team, uphold brand standards, and help ensure a safe, welcoming venue with strong service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Flexible and able to work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of venue housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Provide first-class customer service and assist with promotions.
• Monitor customer behavior and escalate issues per policy.
• Ensure accurate administration as required.
