Job summary

MERKUR Slots is hiring a Team Member at Bristol Broadmead for a 32-hour, part-time shift. You will welcome customers, deliver great service and help create a friendly gaming atmosphere, with a rota including weekends and bank holidays.

The role offers pay between £12.84 and £13.84 per hour, with night rate of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00, plus benefits and training. Experience in retail, hospitality or gambling preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of venue housekeeping and cleanliness of gaming equipment, floors, walls and surfaces.
• Conduct service rounds and offer refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and flag suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Resolve problems and escalate as needed per complaints policy.
• Interact with customers during shifts and log interactions per policy.
• Maintain smart personal presentation and adhere to brand dress code.
