Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK is seeking a Team Member Nights in Loughborough to welcome guests and deliver a high standard of service in a busy gaming venue.

You will work on a rota including weekends and bank holidays, 15 hours per week, with pay rates of £12.84–£13.84 per hour, plus a night-rate of £13.84 between 23:00 and 06:00. Full training is provided, no prior gambling experience required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on service.
• Ability to work on a rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to high standards and clean gaming areas.
• Offer rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and escalate any concerns as needed.
• Assist with administration and ensure accuracy in tasks.
• Support promotions and ensure customer satisfaction.
