Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK is seeking a Team Member for Night shifts at Manchester Deansgate. The role is 20 hours per week with pay between £12.84 and £13.84 per hour, with the higher rate applying from 23:00 to 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Maintain venue housekeeping to the highest standard, cleaning gaming equipment, floors and surfaces.
• Offer service rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour for suspicious or disruptive activity.
• Assist with administration to 100% accuracy.
• Help promotions run smoothly and align with brand standards.
• Ensure customer service meets company standards and drives satisfaction.
• Log customer interactions in line with policies.
