Whitbread's Premier Inn in Margate is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent, part-time basis. You will welcome guests, help check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and keep the reception, restaurant and public areas in great shape.

The role offers 10 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends. No hotel experience is required; friendliness and the ability to stay calm in busy periods are enough.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
