Premier Inn in Bradford South is looking for a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and serve breakfast or dinner. You may also help with bar service and solving guest questions, contributing to a smooth hotel operation.

With 15 guaranteed hours per week and a fixed term contract until December 2026, this role suits friendly, adaptable people who enjoy working with guests and team members in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, helpful attitude while busy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with checking in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and, where applicable, operate the bar and serve drinks.
• Answer questions and help resolve guest issues.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Ensure guests are looked after from arrival to departure.
