Job summary

Whitbread's Dartford Premier Inn is recruiting a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, help them check in, and assist with breakfast or dinner service, including behind the bar and serving drinks.

This permanent role is 24 guaranteed hours per week, with some evening and weekend shifts. No hotel experience required if you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when it’s busy. Full training is provided and you’ll be supported as you build your career with us.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner, including bar service and drinks.
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
