Premier Inn in Bristol City Centre (Kings St) is looking for a friendly Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in and help serve breakfast or dinner. You’ll be part of a busy, guest-focused team and play a key role in making every stay smooth.

We offer a permanent contract, full training from day one and opportunities to grow within Whitbread. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with 24 guaranteed hours per week in Bristol city centre.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
