Job summary

Rank Group onEngland is seeking team members to deliver friendly, high-energy service across food and beverage in a busy venue. You will welcome customers, serve food and drinks, and help keep energy high from first hello to final game.

Pay starts at £12.77 per hour with great perks and real contracts (not zero-hour). You’ll follow clear standards, support across areas, and escalate issues when needed while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills.
• Pace & focus in a busy environment.
• Team player energy; clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience in hospitality/retail/leisure helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer-gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• One-team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed to ensure smooth service.
