Job summary

Mecca in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, serve food and drinks, and keep the buzz alive from first hello to final game.

You will follow clear standards, support across Front of House, and escalate issues when needed, while enjoying real contracts (8-35 hours), paid breaks and a generous perks programme.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential.
• Full training provided.
• Friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Able to work in a busy environment with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
• Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
• Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; report incidents promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed - Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning.
